This will allow you to send any contact you want to that account, just be sure to let them know it's you when you add them. You could send your contacts from one account to another though by adding your other account to your contact list > Right Click on that account > Click View Profile > Then click Share Contact. Here they collect all feedback and improve Skype with new updates. I would recommend you forward this suggestion to make this option available in the future to their Skype User voice website. Unfortunately, the ability to un-link a Skype account is not available yet but like you, many people want this (including myself honestly for many reasons).
